These terms apply when you browse or buy from Cozmetics.pk (“we”, “us”), an online store serving customers in Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have a question, contact us before ordering.

1. Products and information

• We describe products using information from the brand and the product packaging. Shades and packaging can look slightly different on screen, and brands sometimes update packaging.
• Cosmetics can cause reactions in some people. Read the label, follow the directions and test new products on a small area of skin first. Our product pages and guides are general information, not medical advice.

2. Prices and availability

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or was listed with an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you can choose a replacement or cancel; any payment already made for that item will be refunded.

3. Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm it before dispatch.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot confirm the delivery details, if the item is unavailable, or if we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we will refund you.

4. Payment

• Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and — where offered — JazzCash mobile account or debit/credit card.
• Online payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure page. We do not see or store your card number or wallet PIN.
• For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready when the rider arrives.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges, estimated times and coverage are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather or public holidays.

6. Returns and refunds

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not what you ordered. This does not affect any rights you have under the law.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

8. Website content

Text, design and our own images on this website belong to Cozmetics.pk or are used with permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Please don't copy our content without permission.

9. Liability

We take care to run the shop correctly, but to the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from using a product against its directions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
