Shipping & Returns
We deliver beauty and personal care products to customers across Pakistan. Here is what you can expect when you order from Cozmetics.pk.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of Rs 2,000 or more.
- Orders below Rs 2,000 have a flat delivery fee of Rs 200.
- The delivery fee is shown in your order summary before you place the order.
Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days in major cities (such as Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad) and 5–7 business days in other areas.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives.
- Bank transfer — we share our account details after you place your order.
Returns
- Eligibility: unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- How to return: email info@cozmetics.pk or call 03049025041 with your order number to start a return.
- Refunds: processed in PKR within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
